There’s nothing that puts a spring into your step than being surrounded by thousands of tiny, white cherry blossoms! Last week I headed over to the east end of Toronto to visit High Park and its lovely grove of cherry trees. I wasn’t sure what to expect, and I was blown away by how beautifully delicate the sight was. It actually made me extremely wistful for small town life where nature can be found at every step. Living in the city is great, but I miss being able to lie in bed and watch the leaves sway on the trees just outside the house.
It’s hard to tell, but it was hard to get an unubstructed photos like these- I have never seen so many people taking selfies at the same time!
Until next time,
